Account Deletion Request
At Close Call, we take your privacy seriously. If you would like to delete your account and all
associated data, please follow the steps below.
Steps to Request Deletion
- Send an email to luaymoghnieh2019@gmail.com from the device or email associated with
your
account.
- Include your Player Name (as shown on the leaderboard) and your Unique User
ID if available in the app settings.
- Specify whether you want to delete your entire account or just specific data (such as
leaderboard scores).
What data is deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers within
30 days:
- Leaderboard high scores and timestamps.
- Your unique Anonymous User ID provided by Firebase.
- Your generated Player Name (e.g., "SwiftBlock-123").
- Device information (model/platform) associated with your scores.
What data is kept?
We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you personally to improve our game services and
for security auditing. We also retain payment transaction records for financial and tax obligations as required
by law.
Data Retention Period
Once a request is verified, data is typically deleted within 30 days. If you have any questions,
